2. Booking and Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive a completed booking form and the required deposit.
- Final payment must be made by the deadline stated in your confirmation invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking and may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier cost changes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Refund eligibility and amounts are governed by the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Company Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or supplier issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
- No refunds are provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Go France Tours is not responsible for costs incurred due to insufficient or lack of insurance.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation.
- Go France Tours is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Any general guidance provided does not replace official government requirements.
6. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions: Accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals as specified in your confirmed itinerary. Exclusions: International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and gratuities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Changes to Itineraries
- We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives of equal value.
- No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes beyond our control.
